All items will be shipped according to production and in accordance with standard business day shipping unless otherwise opted for.  Shipping information pertaining to your specific order is included in each invoice bought directly from: For all other items not purchased directly from the Deep Brand Collective site, please refer to that particular sites Shipping Policy, before and after purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are not  permitted. However, Exchanges are extended for non-personal items such as Books, Audio Visuals, and Jewelry unless otherwise specified, within 7 business days (Postage must be paid for by customer). All sales of Clothing, Soap and Cosmetics are final. We aim to please our customers by providing products of satisfactory quality.
